You are a leader, you have learned your lessons and are confident in your ability to bring home the bacon.  You are able to do whatever you need to do with confidence and skill while remaining grounded.  Others gravitate toward your ability, stability, groundedness and confidence.  You are stable and you are able to get the job done.  You take pride in your work, and you excel.  You keep the house, you keep the work, you keep the family and look good doing it.
The queen represents financial and emotional security.  
Cautions:  The queen when out of balance can be a workaholic, foregoing everything for her work.  The queen conversely can also be an "over motherer" taking the responsibility away from family members to participate in "keeping house".
